Unfortunately, I had to change planes with Lufthansa in Frankfurt. The changeover turned out to be quite stressful due to a slight delay, as time was short. I hardly had to wait for my luggage in Paris. The service and check-in were quick and convenient.

My flight from Rome to Paris (AF1005) was a mixed bag. Although the timetable was clear, there were problems with my ticket, which I had to reissue at the airport. However, the seat reservation was straightforward. The seats were comfortable, but the noise in the aircraft disturbed my sleep. Wifi and power sockets were available, but the wifi only worked partially. The cabin crew were friendly but seemed stressed. The cleanliness was okay, but I would have liked cleaner toilets. My journey from Rome to Paris with Air France was pleasant. The ET ticket was available quickly and the online booking and reservation were convenient. The flight AF1005 departed on time at 6:00 am. My seat was comfortable, in economy class. However, there was no wifi and no power sockets. A sack was served during the flight, which was fine. The aircraft and the WCs were clean and the service was friendly. A special situation arose when it was a passenger's birthday and the crew brought a small cake. The two-hour direct flight landed on time. Good value for money.

Hygiene was very well taken care of, as the toilets and seats were hygienic and well maintained. The volume on board was reasonable. However, the staff were quite unfriendly and ignorant, as they did not deal with significant problems and concerns of their guests. Unfortunately, the seats were not comfortable. The reservation options were complicated and difficult, so I had trouble booking my desired seat in advance. But overall I thought the trip was great!

My flight from Rome to Paris was a highly recommended and excellent flight. The cabin crew were extremely friendly and helpful. They always endeavoured to ensure that passengers had a pleasant flight. They were also available at all times. The entertainment options were varied. There were various films, series, music and games. The flight was also remarkably punctual. Departure and landing took place according to plan. So the timetable was definitely adhered to! The volume was appropriate. However, the ticket price was relatively high compared to other airlines. Unfortunately, I only realised this later. The price-performance ratio could be improved, especially in economy class. The hygiene conditions were poor, as the toilets and seats were not clean and hygienic. The seats were not comfortable and cosy. This affected my journey quite a bit. However, to summarise, the flight was a success due to the service and punctuality.

My flight from Rome to Paris last year went well. It took me less than 5 minutes to reserve a seat online and I was able to choose the seat I wanted. I was greeted in a friendly manner directly at the gate to the aircraft. The flight took off on time and we were even there earlier thanks to the tailwind. The staff were very friendly and the service was also great. Overall, I can say that the flight was very pleasant.

My flight from Rome to Paris was not a pleasant experience. I fly by plane very often and have a lot of experience. The flight went quite well and was also relaxed. The staff were friendly and courteous, just as you would expect from Lufthansa. The aircraft was clean and well-maintained, so there was nothing to complain about. When I arrived in Paris, I had to wait a whole 2 hours for my luggage. The staff there couldn't help me either. The suitcase was supposedly lost, but after a long wait I was informed that my luggage could be collected from the service desk. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience.
